Lillian Mbogo is a governance and public administration specialist and a former Principal Secretary in the state department for youth and public affairs.
She has been at the forefront of implementing critical reforms, such as the development of the Devolution bills and the establishment of the Performance Contracting system.

My name is Lillian Mbogo Omollo – Oneko, and I am a seasoned public servant with over 25 years of experience.
I have served in top leadership positions in government, UN, and African Union. Some of the key roles include spearheading public service reforms, managing the National Youth Service, and securing increased funding for NEPAD. I am committed to good governance and public service delivery. Moreover, I have contributed significantly to Kenya’s development agenda and looking forward to having more impact within Kenya and across the continent of Africa.
